Tips For Myself To Sleep

So lately I haven't been able to sleep. Because of this I have to sleep in to compensate, and because I'm sleeping in, I can't sleep at night. Som I forced myself to write a post concerning the most obvious and helpful tips to sleep:

1. Glass of chocolate milk
2. No music AT ALL
3. No computer half an hour before going to sleep
4. TEA! Tea is the solution to everything
5. Reading (I've still got to read Much Ado About Nothing)
