Basically the same plot as every superhero movie back then: bad guys try to take over the world, hero and sidekick have to stop them.

I loved it! I thought it would be really bad (I mean, Batman with a beer gut, COME ON!) but it was actually great fun. The jokes are still funny, there are real comic effects (like ZAP, POW and KER-SPLASH!) and the special effects are horrible.
