The battle of Hogwarts against Voldemort. I am not going to tell the story here, because if you do not know it, that means you haven't read the books. If you haven't read the books, you shouldn't see the movie.

The special effects were certainly better than I remember and the person who wrote the screenplay (was it Rowling herself? I don't know) certainly knows how to write. I especially loved the scene where the main trio is running across the battleground and the music's a bit soft so you only hear the sounds of destruction, and you can see that it is all just too much and they simply can't handle it.
Also, Snape's scene was very touching as well of course, but I needn't tell you, I think.
