Here are a few things you can do if you feel down:
1. Wave at strangers.
2. Think of the things you´d do if you had infinite money.
3. RickRoll somebody.
4. Learn the dances to songs you don´t like. I´d recommend `I Whip My Hair Back And Forth`
5. Film yourself headbanging. Then put it on your computer and switch the audio with a piece of classical music or country.
6. Watch a famous movie like Titanic, and write down all the cheesy lines. You´ll notice it is quite a lot.
