-Cho Chang, because she is really stupid. I mean she was the one who rejected Harry the whole time and she is mad when Harry and Hermione meet as friend. Y U SO STUPID GURL? Besides, she fell for Sparkly Cedric, so she can't do anything right anymore, in my opinion.
