Mommy's gonna buy you a mockingbird.

And if that mockingbird won't sing,

And if that diamond ring won't shine,
mommy's gonna buy you a porcupine.

And if that porcupine stings a lot,

And if that pot is confiscated by the cops,

And if that's way too violent for you,
mommy's gonna buy you a goat that says "MOO!"

And if that goat doesn't really exist,

And if that fist belongs to Iron Man,
mommy's gonna buy you a Volkswagen van.

And if that van is, like, wayyy too old and all,
mommy's gonna buy you a great big fall.

And if that fall is a little bit too deep,
